By accessing or using CastBooth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Service Description
CastBooth provides AI-powered podcast production tools, including recording, noise removal, transcription, show notes generation, and multi-platform distribution.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to produce content that violates applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains harmful material.
5. Intellectual Property
Content produced through our platform is owned by you. CastBooth retains rights to the underlying technology, AI models, and platform.
6. Content Privacy
CastBooth does not access, review, or use your audio content for any purpose other than providing the service.
7. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
CastBooth Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA.
1. Information We Collect
We collect account information (name, email), usage data, and technical data to provide and improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to deliver services, improve AI models (anonymized only), and provide support. CastBooth never uses your audio content to train AI models.
3. Data Security
We use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, regular security audits, and strict access controls.
4. Third-Party Services
We share data only with essential service providers under strict data processing agreements.
5. Your Rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting dpo@castbooth.app.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation.

2. Data Processing Agreement

3. Data Breach Notification
We will notify affected customers within 72 hours of becoming aware of a breach.
1. Data Controller & Processor
You are the data controller. CastBooth Inc. acts as the data processor.
2. Sub-Processors
We maintain a list of approved sub-processors with 30 days advance notice of changes.
3. Data Deletion
Upon termination, we delete all personal data within 90 days unless required by law.
